If you need official evidence of your student status at Kishwaukee College, you can choose one of two options.
- Complete an Enrollment Certification Request form and return it to the Office of Admissions (mail, fax, or in person). Requests can take up to several days to be processed.
- To obtain an Enrollment Verification Certificate instantly,
- Go to www.studentclearinghouse.org and click on the Students & Alumni tab.
- Click on EnrollmentVerify, then click Credit Card Purchase. There is a $2.50 charge per certificate.
- Print your Enrollment Verification Certificate

Generally, the Clearinghouse does not process verification forms from insurance companies. That is because most insurance forms do not provide the Clearinghouse with sufficient information to positively identify the student. Additionally, they often request information that is not currently provided to the Clearinghouse (e.g. grade point average).
