Coaching Philosophy: (Offense, Defense Preferred-Team Principles Followed- Goals for Program)
OFFENSE: Up-tempo, fast break offense that spreads the floor and utilizes ball movement and versatile players who can play more than one position on the floor. We look to exploit mismatches and take the best high percentage shot available on every possession.
DEFENSE: Pressure team that wants to force our opponent into mistakes and capitalize on them. We use a mixture of full-court and half-court pressure along with man & match-up zone defensive schemes.
GOALS: Our goal is always to compete for a Region Championship
Favorite Quote: “Losers assemble in little groups and gripe about the coaches, the system, other players, and other little groups…winners assemble as a TEAM.” Bill Parcells
