Coaching Philosophy:  My goal as a coach is to open my players’ eyes to potentials, physically, mentally, and spiritually, to motivate players to levels they never thought possible.  A good coach is a good teacher.  Our student-athletes will not only leave here as better players, but as better students and better people.  I am a strong believer in goal setting as players, students and team.  We play 75% man to man defense, employ a motion offense and push the ball up the floor every chance we get.  Intense Defense, Disciplined Offense

Coaching Philosophy:
“Let your defense be your offense”. Take care of the ball and pride yourself in the details of the game, getting the first stop and first score of every game. Having the posts touch the ball 1-3 times per possession with the ultimate goal being an easy two or a quick kick-out for a three. Transition offense and pressure defense; creating turnovers and converting them into our lay-ups. Quick but not rushed offense and emphasize each individual fulfilling her role both on the court and the bench in order for the team to collectively be successful. As a staff we also teach and require the recording, tracking, and accomplishing of individual and team goals for every practice, game, and season.
