Free, confidential business counseling is available to all prospective and existing business owners in the area through a partnership between the Illinois Small Business Development Center at Elgin Community College and Kishwaukee College.
Receive one-on-one assistance from a small business expert on starting a business, choosing a business entity, preparing a business plan, applying for financing, improving marketing strategies, keeping proper financial records, learning about business taxation, growing your established business, and help with all general business issues.
Counseling is available at Kishwaukee College’s Business and Industrial Development (BID) Center, 21193 Malta Road, Malta, IL 60150 from 9:00 to 5:00 on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month on a “per appointment” basis.
