Online courses are taught using the Internet as the means of communication. Students who enroll in online classes are not required to travel to campus, as their course materials, discussions, tests, etc. will all be available through an Internet connection. While convenient, online courses are not for everyone. Students who are most successful in these courses are good time managers, able to work independently, who are comfortable with technology. In addition, online students must have access to an Internet link that can meet the technical requirements of the course.
