Kishwaukee College Foundation Awards
Annually, the Kishwaukee College Foundation distributes over $162,000 to eligible students. Foundation scholarships are established with varying criteria—some are for students in specific programs, some are need-based, some are earmarked for alumni of specific high schools, and others are for general student use.
In addition to applying for scholarships through the Kishwaukee College Foundation, the Financial Aid Office at Kishwaukee College encourages students to use online based free scholarship search sites.
Additional Scholarships offered through the College
The Kishwaukee Financial Aid Office also has information and applications on several scholarships available to Kishwaukee students, including the Achievement Awards. The Achievement Awards are 20 tuition waivers available to incoming first year students who graduated from district high schools the spring prior to enrolling in Kishwaukee College. These include awards for academic excellence, journalism, forensics, and student government/leadership. Applications are available through the high school guidance offices beginning in early spring each year. We have provided a list of scholarship programs offered through the college.
