      Program Information

The Aviation Flight program at Kishwaukee College consists of a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree or a Certificate of Completion Pilot Training Program. This two-year A.A.S degree requires 62 credit hours. After successfully completing all required general education classes as well as Private, Instrument and Commercial flight training, you will have an A.A.S. Degree in Aviation Flight and be a FAA Certified Commercial pilot. The 17-hour certificate program prepares you to earn your Private Pilot Certificate.

Without exception, the staff and instructors are selected not just for their technical and professional competence, but also for their passion in what they do. We believe it is through passion that we achieve excellence-and we take our passion and our excellence seriously.
