Graduation

Applications for May 2008 Graduation are due by Friday, January 25, 2008.  Application forms are available in the Admissions, Registration, & Records Office and on the Kishwaukee College website:  http://www.kishwaukeecollege.edu/pdf/graduation-application.pdf

Assessment (Degree Portfolio)

• Provides an informational base of positive instructional change in the learning process;
• Provides for positive change in students' educational experience;
• Increases the public's understanding and trust of community colleges;
• Is necessary for public accountability;
• Is required by external mandates.

As part of the assessment program, students intending to graduate with an A.A., A.E.S., A.F.A., or A.S. degree are required to submit a Degree Portfolio.  The Degree Portfolio is used to determine if students reach a mastery of our general education goals.  The due date for Degree Portfolio is April 11, 2008 for students expecting to graduate in May 2008.
