This workshop will provide a brief overview of:

  • Logging into the Network
  • Local & Network Drives
  • Help Desk System
  • Intranet (Kishnet) Guide
  • Office & Classroom Printer Troubleshooting
  • Email Systems: Outlook / WebMail
  • KishConnect
  • KishSOS      
  • Phone System
  • Voicemail System

Participants will have the opportunity for additional practice and Q&A at the end of the session, time permitting.
