Prerequisite(s): None
This workshop will provide a brief overview of:
- Logging into the Network
- Local & Network Drives
- Help Desk System
- Intranet (Kishnet) Guide
- Office & Classroom Printer Troubleshooting
- Email Systems: Outlook / WebMail
- KishConnect
- KishSOS
- Phone System
- Voicemail System
Participants will have the opportunity for additional practice and Q&A at the end of the session, time permitting.
