To receive accommodations/services, students must provide current documentation of their disability and meet with the Disability Services Coordinator to determine what assistance may be beneficial. To receive accommodations in a timely manner, students are encouraged to begin this process as early as possible but not later than a month prior to the beginning of the semester.
Examples of accommodations include, but are not limited to, extra time for testing, non-distracting testing environment, auditory testing, notetakers, sign language interpreters, modified materials such as large print, Braille or auditory material. Accommodations are determined on an individual basis and must be supported by documentation of need.
