Mission Statement

Kishwaukee College's Coordinator of Retention and Student Success will collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to develop, implement, adn evaluate policies and procedures that are related to student success. The Coordinator will also promote relevant retention-focused programs and initiatives that enhance student success at Kishwaukee College.

Student Success Workshops:

The Student Success Committee is passionate about your success! Student Success workshops are free, interactive, and open to all students. Students who recieve 4 punches on their Success Ticket by May 1, 2014 will be entered into a special raffle. Here are our Spring 2014 Workshops:

BYOD: Bring Your Own Device Workshop/Demonstration (11:30-2pm Student Lounge) Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and more! Bring your device and learn how to maximize the free tools and educational apps to make your life easier at this hands-on workshop. Facilitator: Rebecca Hodson

Career Panel (1-2:30pm  Student Lounge) We have invited representatives from five different industries to share on this interactive career panel.Facilitators: Kristine Adzovic and Michelle Allen

LinkedIn Workshop (11-12:30 in C-1121) Join us for this interactive workshop about how to develop and utilize a LinkedIn profile.

The Student Success Coach program is designed to foster employee relationships with the student body. If you are a KC employee (faculty, staff, or administration), you can join the movement!
