Kishwaukee College's Coordinator of Retention and Student Success will collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to develop, implement, adn evaluate policies and procedures that are related to student success. The Coordinator will also promote relevant retention-focused programs and initiatives that enhance student success at Kishwaukee College.

Student Success Workshops:
The Student Success Committee is passionate about your success! Student Success workshops are free, interactive, and open to all students. We offer a variety of topics that are related to student success. Please contact our office for more details.

The Student Success Coach program is designed to foster employee relationships with the student body. If you are a KC employee (faculty, staff, or administration), you can join the movement!
