The purpose of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to integrate Institutional Research functions, the College’s participation in the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), strategic planning, Information Technology, and Media Services efforts in order to improve the College’s service to faculty, staff, students and the community as a whole.

Institutional Research Office

The Institutional Research Office coordinates information needs of the College, prepares and disseminates reports and assists the College in analysis and interpretation of data.

Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP)

AQIP is a process by which continuous quality improvement and accreditation come together. The College was accepted into AQIP in 2005 and has been an active participant since that time. This participation has included attendance at Strategy Forums, an Action Project agenda and the completion of a Systems Portfolio (PDF).

Strategic Plan

Completed in 2012, the College’s Strategic Plan includes 6 Goals, 21 strategies and 75 tactics. Together the initiatives identified in the Plan help the College fulfill its mission and bring us closer to achieving our vision.

Awards of Excellence

The Board of Trustees have established an award that recognizes outstanding employees. Nominations for the awards are accepted by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
