Additional Resources
Send your official high school or college transcripts to Kishwaukee College. Transcripts help determine course placement and ensure you get credit for any previous college-level work. Submit official transcripts to transcripts@kish.edu.
- Kish determines placement based on previous college coursework, advanced placement scores, College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) scores, ACT/SAT scores or high school grade-point average (GPA).
- All test scores and GPAs must be from the past three years. Visit edu/placement for the criteria.
- Students who do not meet the criteria for a waiver can schedule a placement exam by contacting Student Services at onestop@kish.edu or 815-825-9375.

Discover Kish is an on-campus event to help new students and their families feel confident and prepared before the semester begins. Explore campus, connect with support services, pick up your student ID and textbooks, and much more.
ID cards are created on a walk-in basis only in the Student Services Office, C2100. Walk-ins are available Monday through Thursday from 9 am-3 pm. Students and employees must present a valid photo ID.
Your Kish ID serves as your library card and allows you to check out materials at the College library. It also allows you opportunities to utilize:
- Tutoring and other Library services
- On-campus printing
- The Wellness Center (an additional registration form is required to use the Wellness Center)
- Discounts at the Kish Store and businesses for students who present a valid student ID
