Please visit your Financial Aid Self-Service Page to see what documents are being requested. Only complete the forms that were requested from you by the Financial Aid office. Submitting additional documents that have not been requested by the Financial Aid office may delay the processing of your financial aid awards. Your forms must be submitted and reviewed before your financial aid can be processed.

If you believe you have unusual circumstances that prevented you from successfully completing your courses at Kishwaukee College, download, print and return the Satisfactory Academic Progress Form below. You must provide documentation that supports your situation. In addition, you must explain how you have solved the problem and how you believe you will be able to pass your courses in the future. Send all information to the Financial Aid office. It usually takes at least two weeks for you to hear the results of your appeal.
Per federal regulations, there is a time limit for when students can receive financial aid for their educational program. If you have been notified that you have exceeded this limit, and you have extenuating circumstances as to why you have not completed your program in the allotted timeframe, you may use the form below to appeal this limit.
The preferred method for you to submit your tax information to the College is by using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool in the FAFSA. Step-by-step instructions on how to utilize this tool are provided below.

How to request your Tax Transcripts and other Tax Filing Information from the IRS By Mail.
Make sure you order the "IRS TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT" and not the "IRS tax account transcript." It takes up to two weeks for IRS income information to be available for electronic IRS tax return filers, and up to eight weeks for paper tax return filers. If you are married and filed separate tax returns, IRS tax return transcripts must be submitted for both you and your spouse.
If you have a College Illinois account that you wish to use to pay for courses taken at Kishwaukee College, you must complete and return the College of Illinois Request Form to the Financial Aid office EVERY SEMESTER that you wish to make use of College Illinois funds.
