IT Help Desk

Information Technology provides technical support services to students and employees at Kish. Whether you need a password reset or a laptop loan, the IT team is here to help in our A1300 location.

It is most likely because your instructor hasn’t activated the class yet. Contact your instructor.

Your devices store your passwords automatically. You need to make them forget the old password so you can reconnect with a new one. Learn more through the Kishwaukee College Wi-Fi Settings guide. 

If you forgot your username, go here. 

To reset your password, go here. You will need your KishID username to reset your password. 

Do you need a Chromebook or laptop? Complete the Laptop Loan request form.

Students can print from a personal device in the hall behind the library near room A1300. If you have any questions, please contact the IT Help Desk or read the instructions on how to print from a personal device. Printing is also available in the computer lab in the Kish Library. 

If you are traveling outside of the U.S. and need access to Kishwaukee College systems, use the request access form on the IT Help Desk Portal. Once requested, Kish will provide access to your account for a specified period.
